Alan (Robert Alan Black, Ph.D., CSP) is a Creative Thinking Consultant who focuses upon the development of leading, communicating, teamwork, thinking and problem sovling skills. His company is Cre8ng People, Places & Possibilities.
When not traveling the world, Alan calls Athens, Georgia home. As a consultant, speaker and author, he helps people expand and enrich their natural creative abilities. Alan uses his 48 years of daily creative work experience at 47 different jobs in eight fields, lasting from one day to 25+ years, along with his formal education in creativity, design, architecture, counseling and educational psychology to provide: examples, skills, tools and techniques to everyone in his groups and audiences.
He also has been voted Employee of the Month 302 months in a row. Life to him is A Creative Journey, Not a Guided Tour. Since 1976 he has given over 3200 presentations around the US and the globe. Alan has also written and co-written over 20 books and had over 400 articles published.
As a Consultant and speaker, Alan has done creative leading & creative thinking consulting on 6 continents with companies, government agencies or departments, universities and volunteer leadership groups helping develop leading, communication, teaming and creative thinking styles and skills.
